Christine N. Barba is a writer, editor, and researcher, published in print and online. She is a writer and editor for Being Patient Alzheimer’s, an editorially independent news site that shares the latest research on brain health and was founded by a former executive producer of The Wall Street Journal. She also works as a copy editor for Culture Trip and has edited nearly 3,000 travel articles. In addition, her travel and science writing has appeared on Google Travel and VICE. Previously, she was an editor for Pearson, as well as for the women’s rights organization, UltraViolet. She completed her Master of Arts in English: Rhetoric and Composition at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, where she worked as a college English instructor. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in English and interpersonal communication at the University of Delaware, where she graduated as the valedictorian of both majors, and minored in history and journalism. She has presented her work at national and regional conferences. She’s interested in well-being, global cultures, and digital storytelling. Located in New Jersey, she enjoys travel and a good cup of coffee.
